1. AI 결과는 틀릴 수 있어요

번역, 설명, 가격 환산, 메뉴 추천은 AI가 만든 참고용 정보라서 틀리거나 빠진 부분이 있을 수 있어요. 알레르기, 약, 건강, 법, 돈과 관련된 건 꼭 현지 사람이나 전문가에게 한 번 더 확인하세요. 음식 프로필의 주의 표시도 모든 재료를 다 잡아내지는 못해요.

2. 코인과 여행팩

• 코인은 AI 기능을 쓸 때 빠져요. AI가 답을 못 하거나 결과가 비어 있으면 빠지지 않아요.
• 여행팩을 사면 정한 기간 동안, 하루 정해진 횟수까지 코인 없이 쓸 수 있어요.
• 코인과 여행팩은 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 줄 수 없어요.
• 환불은 Google Play 환불 정책을 따라요. 호주 소비자법(Australian Consumer Law)에 따른 권리는 그대로 보장돼요.
• AI 기능이 안 되는 지역(중국 본토, 홍콩, 마카오 등)에서는 코인이 빠지지 않아요.

3. 하면 안 되는 것

• 다른 사람의 개인정보나, 허락받지 않은 사진을 분석하는 것
• 프로그램으로 요청을 대량으로 보내거나, 무료 코인을 여러 번 받으려고 하는 것
• 법에 어긋나는 일에 쓰는 것

이런 경우 코인 기록 사용을 막을 수 있어요.

4. 바뀌는 내용

기능, 가격, 이 약관은 바뀔 수 있어요. 중요한 내용이 바뀌면 앱에서 먼저 알려드려요.

5. 책임의 범위

AI 결과만 믿고 생긴 손해는, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 ROKAUS PTY LTD가 책임지지 않아요. 다만 호주 소비자법 등 법으로 보장되는 권리는 이 약관으로 줄어들지 않아요.

6. 적용 법률과 문의

이 약관에는 호주 퀸즐랜드주 법이 적용돼요. 문의는 hello@wayde.app으로 해주세요.

1. AI results can be wrong

Translations, explanations, currency conversions and menu suggestions are generated by AI for reference only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always double-check anything involving allergies, medication, health, law or money with a local person or professional. Food-profile warnings will not catch every ingredient.

2. Coins and travel passes

• Coins are used when you use AI features. No coins are taken if the AI fails or returns an empty result.
• A travel pass lets you use AI features without coins up to a daily limit for the purchased period.
• Coins and passes have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
• No coins are taken in regions where AI features are unavailable (such as mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau).

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to analyse other people's personal information or photos without permission, to send automated bulk requests, to game free coins, or for anything unlawful. We may block a coin ledger that is misused.

4. Changes

Features, prices and these terms may change. We will notify you in the app of important changes.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ROKAUS PTY LTD is not liable for loss arising from reliance on AI results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
